離心泵振動原因分析和解決方案?摘要:分析了離心泵的振動原因,如汽蝕餘量不夠、操作流量過低、輕組分分離不徹底、泵人口管道阻塞、泵的流道設計不合理、泵葉輪設計不合理、泵軸不對稱、泵體固定不好等。提出了整改方案,如抬高入口測液麵高度、減少入口管線和管件的當量長度,增加最小回流線、穩定操作、清理管道內異物、改善泵內結構設計、泵體加固等。

一、工藝參數
1.汽蝕餘量
(1)典型現象

2.介質流量
(1)典型現象

泵體,尤其是內側軸承座水平方向的振動明顯大於垂直和軸向振動的增大值。長時間運行,泵內葉輪、平衡盤、級間襯套、中段等會磨損。對單級雙吸泵,軸向的高頻振動使軸承損壞、葉輪口環成對稱偏磨,泵體口環偏磨,嚴重時將導致軸承斷裂。
(2)離心泵振動原因分析
任何一台離心泵都有一個最佳工作範圍,體現在泵的性能曲線上。

離(li)心(xin)泵(beng)除(chu)了(le)有(you)在(zai)性(xing)能(neng)曲(qu)線(xian)上(shang)標(biao)注(zhu)的(de)最(zui)小(xiao)連(lian)續(xu)流(liu)量(liang)外(wai),還(hai)有(you)一(yi)個(ge)最(zui)小(xiao)連(lian)續(xu)熱(re)流(liu)量(liang)。泵(beng)在(zai)小(xiao)流(liu)量(liang)條(tiao)件(jian)下(xia)運(yun)行(xing)時(shi),部(bu)分(fen)液(ye)體(ti)的(de)能(neng)量(liang)轉(zhuan)變(bian)為(wei)熱(re)能(neng),使(shi)進(jin)口(kou)處(chu)液(ye)體(ti)的(de)溫(wen)度(du)升(sheng)高(gao),當(dang)液(ye)體(ti)溫(wen)度(du)使(shi)有(you)效(xiao)汽(qi)蝕(shi)餘(yu)量(liang)等(deng)於(yu)或(huo)小(xiao)於(yu)泵(beng)必(bi)須(xu)汽(qi)蝕(shi)餘(yu)量(liang)時(shi),就(jiu)會(hui)產(chan)生(sheng)汽(qi)蝕(shi)現(xian)象(xiang)。

(3)解決方案
泵的運行應處於優先工作區。此工作區位於所提供葉輪的最佳效率點流量的70%一120%區間內。額定流量點應當位於所提供葉輪最佳效率點流量的80%~110%區間內。

4.液體停留時間
(1)典型現象

(2)原因分析

當(dang)容(rong)器(qi)內(nei)液(ye)位(wei)高(gao)於(yu)兩(liang)相(xiang)流(liu)體(ti)的(de)人(ren)口(kou)管(guan)時(shi),衝(chong)人(ren)的(de)流(liu)體(ti)對(dui)容(rong)器(qi)內(nei)液(ye)體(ti)起(qi)了(le)攪(jiao)拌(ban)混(hun)合(he)作(zuo)用(yong),形(xing)成(cheng)泡(pao)沫(mo),造(zao)成(cheng)假(jia)液(ye)位(wei),通(tong)常(chang)看(kan)到(dao)玻(bo)璃(li)板(ban)液(ye)位(wei)計(ji)的(de)液(ye)麵(mian)很(hen)穩(wen)定(ding),但(dan)實(shi)際(ji)上(shang)泡(pao)沫(mo)層(ceng)已(yi)經(jing)很(hen)高(gao)。這(zhe)種(zhong)現(xian)象(xiang)多(duo)發(fa)生(sheng)在(zai)易(yi)起(qi)泡(pao)的(de)體(ti)係(xi)。
(3)解決方案

二、施工問題
1.管路
(1)典型現象
在係統有效汽蝕餘量足夠時,泵入口壓力異常。管路壓力降比理論計算值高得多,泵有汽蝕現象。
(2)原因分析
人口容器的破沫器、過濾器、guandaodengbeiyiwuzusai,famenweiquankai,junkeyishiguanluyalijiangzengda。jiezhidaobengrenkouchudeyaliyijingxiaoyuhuodengyujiezhidebaohezhengqiya,zaochengjiezhiqihua,fashengqishixianxiang。
(3)解決方案
檢查容器底部破沫器和管線,清除異物;打開過濾器,清除堆積物或更換濾網;閥門全開。
2.基礎與管線
(1)典型現象
通常在試車時就表現泵體振動大,尤其是垂直方向振動大,進出口管線振動劇烈。
(2)原因分析
作(zuo)為(wei)轉(zhuan)動(dong)設(she)備(bei),離(li)心(xin)泵(beng)本(ben)身(shen)會(hui)有(you)一(yi)定(ding)的(de)振(zhen)動(dong),如(ru)果(guo)管(guan)線(xian)和(he)泵(beng)體(ti)沒(mei)有(you)固(gu)定(ding)好(hao),這(zhe)些(xie)微(wei)振(zhen)會(hui)通(tong)過(guo)流(liu)體(ti)的(de)流(liu)動(dong)由(you)泵(beng)傳(chuan)遞(di)給(gei)管(guan)線(xian),在(zai)管(guan)路(lu)係(xi)統(tong)剛(gang)度(du)不(bu)夠(gou)的(de)情(qing)況(kuang)下(xia),會(hui)發(fa)生(sheng)一(yi)種(zhong)結(jie)構(gou)共(gong)振(zhen)。如(ru)泵(beng)的(de)基(ji)礎(chu)重(zhong)量(liang)太(tai)輕(qing)或(huo)固(gu)定(ding)不(bu)牢(lao)固(gu),當(dang)泵(beng)本(ben)身(shen)的(de)振(zhen)動(dong)和(he)基(ji)礎(chu)的(de)振(zhen)動(dong)頻(pin)率(lv)一(yi)致(zhi)時(shi),也(ye)可(ke)引(yin)起(qi)共(gong)振(zhen),形(xing)成(cheng)劇(ju)烈(lie)的(de)振(zhen)動(dong)。
(3)解決方案
應檢查泵的基礎是否太輕、柔性是否太大,對地腳螺栓、管線固定處進行檢查、加固。如果泵的動平衡有問題,則是泵內結構性問題,則應進行改造或換泵。
3.轉子與殼體的同心度
(1)典型現象
通tong常chang在zai試shi車che時shi就jiu表biao現xian出chu泵beng振zhen動dong大da,泵beng的de水shui平ping振zhen動dong明ming顯xian大da於yu垂chui直zhi和he軸zhou向xiang振zhen動dong,且qie呈cheng周zhou期qi性xing波bo動dong。泵beng和he管guan線xian的de振zhen動dong均jun以yi工gong頻pin為wei主zhu,且qie存cun在zai較jiao小xiao的de低di次ci諧xie波bo成cheng分fen。振zhen值zhi增zeng大da主zhu要yao表biao現xian為wei工gong頻pin振zhen幅fu值zhi的de增zeng大da。
(2)原因分析
泵的殼體受外力作用及其他因素的影響發生變形,造成轉子與殼體不同心。
(3)解決方案
檢查泵的入口法蘭與管線的對中性。調整管線設計,減少殼體受力。維修殼體使其與轉子對中。
三、離心泵結構問題
離心泵型式多樣,結構複雜,可能引起振動的因素有很多。這裏僅就幾個典型現象進行分析。
1.轉子平衡性
(1)典型現象
bengqianhoucedianshuipingfangxiangdezhenzhimingxiandayuchuizhifangxianghezhouxiangdezhenzhi。zhendongpinpuxianshi,gecedianjunyizhuanzigongpinzhanjueduiyoushi,tongshicunzaihenxiaodegaocixiebohetongguopinlv。
(2)原因分析
泵轉子不平衡的影響因素,包括轉子係統的質量偏心及轉子部件的缺損。轉子質量偏心是由於轉子的製造誤差、裝配誤差、材質不均勻等原因造成的,此為初始不平衡。初始不平衡主要來源於設計、製造和安裝等環節;轉子部件缺損是指轉子在運行中,由於腐蝕、磨損、介質結垢及轉子受疲勞力的作用,使轉子的零部件局部損壞、脫落等造成的。當輸送油漿等重組分時,介質很容易在泵轉子上結焦或結垢,從而造成轉子的不平衡。
(3)解決方案
如果泵投用初期運行正常,運行一段時間後第6期劉紅雲等.離心泵振動原因分析和解決方案各測點的振值則呈現上升趨勢。這種情況,大多為轉子結垢所致,應開泵檢查,清理結垢。
如果試運時泵振動大,說明泵轉子有初始不平衡,應由泵廠進一步檢查、改造。
2.葉輪
(1)典型現象
在zai帶dai負fu荷he試shi車che時shi,無wu論lun是shi小xiao流liu量liang工gong況kuang還hai是shi滿man負fu荷he運yun行xing,泵beng的de進jin出chu口kou管guan線xian均jun表biao現xian很hen大da的de振zhen動dong。振zhen動dong為wei時shi大da時shi小xiao,呈cheng間jian歇xie性xing。泵beng的de進jin出chu口kou管guan線xian壓ya力li表biao和he出chu口kou流liu量liang表biao指zhi針zhen擺bai幅fu大da。通tong過guo聽ting棒bang聽ting到dao的de管guan道dao中zhong流liu體ti聲sheng不bu均jun勻yun、不穩定。降低揚程,情況沒有改變。采用壓力傳感器直接對管道中的流體進行壓力脈動測試,可發現流體壓力脈動不均勻度過高。
(2)原因分析

3.臨界轉速
(1)典型現象
多發生在多級泵上。剛投用時,泵本身的振動幅度大。平衡盤、平衡套、密封環經常嚴重磨損,軸彎、密封泄漏等故障經常發生。
(2)原因分析

(3)解決方案
加粗軸徑,盡量減少級數,使動平衡結構更加合理,保證濕態臨界轉速遠離實際運行轉速。泵出廠前應在工作轉速下進行動平衡試驗。
案例
某廠重整汽油分餾塔底泵,工藝包設計正常流量為460m/h,介質為C汽油餾分,溫度190℃,計算裝置有效汽蝕餘量7.8m。采用國產單級雙吸上進上出泵,揚程280m,轉速2985r/min,必須汽蝕餘量4.9m,最小流量210m/h。流程見圖1。

由(you)於(yu)該(gai)泵(beng)的(de)介(jie)質(zhi)為(wei)塔(ta)底(di)飽(bao)和(he)液(ye)體(ti),為(wei)了(le)避(bi)免(mian)流(liu)體(ti)在(zai)管(guan)線(xian)流(liu)動(dong)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)產(chan)生(sheng)氣(qi)泡(pao),對(dui)泵(beng)的(de)人(ren)出(chu)口(kou)管(guan)線(xian)進(jin)行(xing)了(le)改(gai)造(zao),減(jian)少(shao)了(le)彎(wan)頭(tou)數(shu)量(liang),使(shi)用(yong)同(tong)徑(jing)過(guo)濾(lv)器(qi),取(qu)消(xiao)了(le)緊(jin)急(ji)切(qie)斷(duan)閥(fa),同(tong)時(shi)為(wei)了(le)減(jian)少(shao)液(ye)體(ti)中(zhong)夾(jia)帶(dai)的(de)氣(qi)泡(pao),將(jiang)重(zhong)沸(fei)爐(lu)返(fan)回(hui)口(kou)上(shang)移(yi)1m,並在泵的入出口均增加了排空線。改造後測試發現仍然不能消除振動和噪音。
根據APIbiaozhunguiding,bengchangzuihouduigaibengjinxingleteshuchuli,jiagongteshudebengtimifenghuan,jianxiaoleyelunxirukoudemianji,congerjiangdileyelunxuanzhuanguochengzhongjiezhiyubengwokegeshezhiwenchanshengdechongjiliangneng。zheyang,yifangmiankeyijianxiaobengtibenshendezhendong,lingyifangmiankeyijiangdibengchukouliutiyuchukouguanxianzhijianchanshengdechongjili,jianxiaochukouguanxianyubengfashenggongzhendekenengxing。
泵安裝到位後,測試表明在低流量下泵腔沒有噪音,泵和管線的振動都小於規定值。但當流量提高到380m/h以yi上shang時shi,泵beng入ru口kou會hui突tu然ran失shi壓ya,出chu現xian汽qi蝕shi現xian象xiang。根gen據ju該gai情qing況kuang,調tiao整zheng塔ta係xi統tong的de操cao作zuo參can數shu,一yi方fang麵mian可ke以yi滿man足zu生sheng產chan要yao求qiu,另ling一yi方fang麵mian可ke降jiang低di泵beng的de工gong作zuo流liu量liang,使shi之zhi能neng在zai正zheng常chang運yun行xing的de範fan圍wei內nei操cao作zuo。同tong時shi在zai塔ta的de重zhong沸fei爐lu返fan回hui口kou增zeng設she分fen流liu器qi,進jin一yi步bu提ti高gao氣qi液ye分fen離li效xiao率lv,為wei泵beng提ti供gong更geng好hao的de操cao作zuo環huan境jing。
經過一係列整改,目前該泵的運行穩定。該廠抽餘液塔底泵為同樣型號,開工介質為C8芳烴,正常介質為C10芳烴。流程見圖2。
該泵開工初期為60%(大於最小回流量)負(fu)荷(he)操(cao)作(zuo),泵(beng)的(de)脈(mai)衝(chong)噪(zao)音(yin)和(he)進(jin)出(chu)口(kou)管(guan)線(xian)振(zhen)動(dong)都(dou)很(hen)大(da),泵(beng)出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)表(biao)隨(sui)聲(sheng)音(yin)頻(pin)率(lv)小(xiao)幅(fu)抖(dou)動(dong)。清(qing)洗(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)器(qi)並(bing)加(jia)固(gu)管(guan)線(xian)後(hou)人(ren)口(kou)管(guan)線(xian)振(zhen)動(dong)減(jian)小(xiao),但(dan)出(chu)口(kou)管(guan)線(xian)振(zhen)動(dong)仍(reng)然(ran)沒(mei)有(you)改(gai)善(shan),而(er)且(qie)泵(beng)底(di)座(zuo)振(zhen)動(dong)明(ming)顯(xian)。分(fen)析(xi)有(you)效(xiao)汽(qi)蝕(shi)餘(yu)量(liang)和(he)氣(qi)液(ye)分(fen)離(li)都(dou)不(bu)存(cun)在(zai)問(wen)題(ti)。調(tiao)整(zheng)流(liu)程(cheng),打(da)開(kai)回(hui)流(liu),加(jia)大(da)泵(beng)的(de)流(liu)量(liang),使(shi)之(zhi)在(zai)額(e)定(ding)流(liu)量(liang)下(xia)操(cao)作(zuo),此(ci)時(shi)噪(zao)音(yin)和(he)振(zhen)動(dong)都(dou)恢(hui)複(fu)正(zheng)常(chang)值(zhi)。
